I'm trying to avoid spoilers here and just give you general impressions. If you don't know the details (Bryan Cranston plays chem teacher dying of cancer turns to meth cooking to leave money for the family) then, don't read this review. Go get a Netflix account and watch the whole show dang it!!!

So, just watched the final episode.

Through the whole thing, I was in terror that they would leave way too much out. Time ticked down. Only 5 min. of an hour left. Spoiler sort of: it went on for another 20 min for 1:15 total.

And... it... was.. spectacular.

I can't think of the last time I felt so fully satisfied by the finale of a TV series. It was truly fantastic and just as Vince Gilligan said, he wanted to ensure the fans felt they got everything done.

I think they did. No "Lost" WTF... just pure Breaking Bad Goodness.

Please remember spoiler tags on any responses.

EDIT: The wife told me she's hearing on the news that people are saying it was the best series finale ever. I don't know if it beats the finale of "Newhart" but it was really fantastic.

EDIT: just watched it again with my boy. I'm still surprised how good it is (and how good Badfinger is... very under rated band. Still having some anger issues: should Walter have gotten everything that he wants?

Funny Conan twitter to the effect that, don't you want to tie Vince Gilligan to a barn and make him write at least one more episode :)
