Well, I don't count it as advertisement...just trying to spread the word to every Trekkie like me out there. Since I am not asking for nothing in return, just trying to put the info out there.

The disclaimer about negative posts is nothing to do with rules or anything. If I am, I am open to correct the error

You come into the forum where advertising is against the rules, create a thread with the title "Fundraiser" and a link to a funding page, and then you have the gall to say that you're not advertising and that we're the dicks?

Now granted, it looks like you got rid of the funding part so you at least credit for that. Make the thread a lot less sales-pitchy and you might just make it through the day (unless you keep calling people dicks of course because that is also against the rules; maybe you should give the Code of Conduct [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/codeofconduct] at least a once over if you intend to stick around).

I did consider calling penis but that would be over the top, calling someone a dick is not calling someone a penis, there is a difference. What I meant by that is instead of giving me advise and tell me what I should and could change to not infringe the rules all I got was hate. Thank you

I'm not the one going around calling people dicks, advertising Facebook groups and video games with numerous typos and grammatical errors, insulting Californians by implying they're all mean, then claiming umbrage because I didn't bother to read the rules before literally creating an account to sell a crap game.
