Does anyone else's audio go really loud whenever a flash grenade goes off?

I have to turn the volume down whenever one goes off. It is like a secondary feature of the grenade that could be used online to force people to turn their volumes down, distracting them from the game.

I haven't noticed anything like that. I would imagine that that is somewhat more of a localized problem that you're experiencing.

More information would be useful. What platform are you playing on? If PC, what kind of hardware are you using? Could be some weird thing with your audio card/settings.

Kind of clever, since that is what flashbangs do in real life as well. But still annoying.
