It sucks the have to stay anon, but points for actually conducting an honest interview despite the risk of employer backlash (from what I know, these are active AAA employee devs, and AAA types are more than bit worried about anything unscripted).
Now obviously, these are just three individuals, and, as the first lady pointed out, the industry is really huge. I don't know that I've gained any new insight into the inner workings of the industry, but I do like hearing about experiences of the people in it.
Personal favorite quote for me: "do you regret getting into the industry after what's happened the last year or so?" "fuuuck no!"
