If the cables are still connected, glue the plastic together, otherwise, reconnect the cables, then glue the plastic.

Crazy glue. Always works for me.

Just don't get any on your fingers. that shit will held your hand together if you let it.

Don't quit your day job to be a photographer....

Just claim on the warranty? Or complain loudly to Logitech if you can't find it?

Duct tape solves all.
Or if you still have your warranty you could return it for a new pair? I dunno.

This about summs it up.

Duct tape could be used to repair a breaking dam.

Generally 'Gaming' headsets tend to break easily. Or at least this is what I've found out from personal experience. Its not always one of the halves snapping off, you can get loose wires in the cord from tugging at it too much. Most Durable headset i've seen is that Astro 550(?) one.
Best bet is to get a pair of good quality headphones (sony for example) and use a table mic.

It happened to me a month ago, I returned it to Logitech and they admitted a manufacturing defect and gave me a brand new one within a week. The crack happened in the same place as yours.

Get a replacement from them. I had mine for 7 months when it broke. I hope you kept your receipt.

EDIT: argh! just noticed its such an old topic resurrected by new comers :/ how to delete the comment?

Duct tape is like the force, it has a light and a dark side, and it makes the universe stick together.
If a problem can't be solved using duct tape, it's usually not worth solving, or unsolvable.
Use duct tape.
