broken Xbox360

for some reason whenever i try and turn my 360 on it crashes in the first 20 seconds
its not the ring of death, but i do wanna know whats going on

any ideas?

When mine went, it started doing the exact same thing. And always at the same point as well.

I donnow, the only guess I have is to take out the game if you have one in there. My 360 did something similar a while back, freezing on start-up, whenever I tried to turn it on but only when I had a certain game disc in it. Once I got the disc out before it froze up again it never did it again.

I third this. I never had a problem for the first couple years, and then in quick succession I went through 3. The only reason I have one is because my comrade gave me his.

tryed taking out hard drive and it lasted 10 second longer without crashing
