I really enjoy Brütal Legend, but I'm preordering Borderlands for the PC as well since it also looks awesome.

Depends on if you prefer FPSs or Adventure/hack'nslash/light RTS I would say. They seems to both be good games.

Haven't played Brutal Legend, but, Borderlands is pretty much a Diablo / Fallout 3 hybrid. I know I'm buying it when it comes out for PC. If you liked either of those games, I'd suggest Borderlands for you.

loved fallout 3, but i hate games that have mindless grinding in them. i like loot collecting but not in heavy way

Yes, although some people find the Main story line to be kinda short. I'd say 6-8 hours if you rush through it. I explored a lot though, so I think I used 15-16 hours altogether on my first playthrough (normal difficulty).

It's the most fun I've had in a game for some years though.

Oh, and if you're a fan of metal, you're going to love the world and the sound track, I know I did.

oh borderlands.... havent played the demo
but i like the idea of 200,000+ different weapons..
