The Docking Bay was now devoid of its usual chaotic noise and traffic, the UPD landing crew had returned to their posts and the technicians had gone back to their respective decks. An eerie silence settled inside the metal hull of the Thantos. Just as the cargo bay doors of the Sakkara began to close, a series of alarms and flashing red lights suddenly erupted from the outside and an automated voice boomed through the walls:
Alert! External Airlock Opening! Internal Airlock Depressurizing! All Personnel Vacate The Docking Bays. Spacecraft Sakkara Departing!
Alexis sat in his usual chair in the cockpit as the crew of the Sakkara scrambled to their posts. Marcus conducted a quick headcount of the passengers on board. "All crew are reporting in sir!" he confirmed.
Alexis nodded in approval and presses the intercom button to the engine room.
"Extra!, bring the engines and warp core online. Sod, the UPD specifications for this sector; take her to maximum power" he ordered. A burst of static was heard but it was soon overshadowed by Extra's enthusiastic response.
"Issaria, have the ship's weapons on standby. Roach, get us out of the docking bay and match speed with the Thantos. I want to broadcast a final transmission to Admiral Troy before we leave this sector"
He paused for a moment as the two began checking the systems before executing his orders, he used this time to address everyone else.
"I hope you guys packed everything you need, because we aren't coming back here for some time. So, if you have any last messages you want to send out to love ones or family, I suggest you use the communicators at the back or send out message while we are withing broadcasting range. Admiral Tory said communications beyond the Helios Belt is difficult or poor at best.
..Oh and, if you are not primarily involved with the departure operations I suggest you buckle up. This may be a bumpy ride"
"Alright, you heard the boss" Roach called out to everyone behind him. "I hope everything is strapped down because we have lift-off" he pressed a few buttons on the console and the ship responded by a emitting a low whirling sound which eventually grew louder and louder, till the whole underbelly of the ship began reverberating. The reverberations then gave way to a deafening roar as Roach engaged the vertical thrusters. Fire and smoke erupted from the nozzles along the hull as the freighter slowly lifted off from its landing bay.
"Retracting Landing Gear" Roach called out as the distinct sound of the hydraulics filled the cockpit. He controlled the thruster swivel nozzles and turned the ship around 180 degrees to point at the now widening orifice on the side of the Thantos. Through the gap, the expanse of space became visible, the pale light of the sun streamed through the open outer doors and bathed the Sakkara and the docking bay with light.
"Standby for main engine ignition" he said turning to his console. "Engine 1 online, Engine 2 online and Engine 3 online" he reported with a smile.
"Cruiser Thantos, this is the Sakkara. All systems are functioning. We are good to go." he spoke through the com channel.
Freighter Sakkara, traffic has been cleared from your travel path, you are cleared for departure. Good hunting to you all, came the reply.
Roach grabbed the lever by his side and with a deep breath pushed it all the way forward. The engines obliged with a roar as the upgraded core kicked in and launched them through the docking bay and into the void of space beyond.
"By the moons of Althion!" Roach gasped in awe, "She's got an almighty new kick to her engines" he said turning to Alexis with an ear to ear grin. "I like it!"
Through the thick cockpit windows, he skilfully guided the ship to fly close and alongside the Thantos before decreasing power and matching the cruisers speed.
"Captain we are travelling at 0.2 parsecs, alongside the Thantos. Communication channel is open, Admiral Troy is awaiting on the other end"
The ship rocked and pitched about as it blasted out of the docking bay with Roach at the wheel. It was clear that the new found power in the engines surprised everyone, including himself. One minute Marcus was standing, the next he was sprawled on the floor and sliding towards the dining area.
"Well that's pleasant!" he muttered under his breath as he got up and began brushing himself off. "Do you think you can pilot her a little less like a maniac?" he called out to the cockpit while rubbing a sore spot. Turning he noticed a quiet Captain Mike. "Maybe he is upset about leaving his crew and ship?. That is such a horrible situation to be in, perhaps I could cheer him up?"
Marcus sat next to Mike and said nothing for a few minutes. He was wondering how to start a conversation with a UPD officer. In most cases, all he ever said to the UPD was a string of swear words, he was never really good with small talk. He sighed to himself before clearing his throat, "so....how's things?" he began after an alarmingly long time of thought.
Mike is like John Casey from Chuck. If anybody watches that show, you know what I am talking about.
Mike was unimpressed by the Sakkara, its power was no more than the many ships he had been in. The rest of the crew was quite impressed however, one of the members was sprawled on the floor. After picking himself up he sat down beside Mike who took no notice of his arrival. The man sat for a few moments, twitching and fiddling, trying to find the words to say.
"So...How's things?"
Mike slowly turned his head and looked at the man,
HOW ARE THINGS?! HOW THE FUCK DO YOU THINK THINGS ARE?!
Mike was exploding with rage inside, but didn't want to seem childish.
"I do not wish to answer that question, I will however ask your name." Mike put out his hand, "We are crewmates now, I should know your name."
[HEADING=1]Chapter 2: Down with the Sakkara[/HEADING]
"Admiral Troy!" Alexis began
"This is probably the last report we will issue to you directly till our return from our voyage. My crew have conducted a full scan of our ship and all systems are functioning perfectly, the upgrades are also reading as stable and responsive. We will make a direct warp jump from our present location to Sector 9, through the free zone. Once we are beyond the Helios Belt we will approach sector 13 from the North-West quadrant. On the way we will deploy remote buoys to mark our position and to boost our signal strength transmission back to you. We will scan for this M-Class Ocean planet and report back on life signs. If we locate survivors, we will organize for extraction or drop down emergency supplies till we can secure a warp zone for a proper emergency craft. Our current passenger capacity only allows for a further 18 souls to come aboard, therefore in the event of where we encounter several survivors it will be my discretion as to who gets priority to come aboard my ship.
We will also monitor for space anomalies for any reason as to why these ships disappeared in the first place and if it is deemed safe on the planet surface, I will deploy a team to extract the emergency beacon detected by the Bragi.
This is Captain Alexis of the Sakkara, ending audio transmission.
He rubbed his hands together before ordering his crew about. "Roach!, take us out of parallel flight. Plot jump vector to sector 19, maximum warp speed. Let's get this mission underway!."
"Engine room, commence system scan on the hull, make sure the increased pressure doesn't rupture the outer plantings. Also check on all the internal subsystems, we haven't made a jump this far into space before, so I don't want to drop out of warp to find that our engines are fried in the process."
"Weapon station, raise navigational shields to full power and blast any asteroids that get in our way, keep the debris away from the hull at all costs and maintain red alert. I don't know what made those other ships disappear but I'd be damned if I let this ship jump in unprepared. So arm Deception missiles and plasma turrets."
"Sick bay, we may or may not find survivors on this mission. Worst case scenario, we may have to drop a crew down to extract UPD beacons and debris. Now, we don't know if the planet contains Oxygen to support life but we may have to venture out anyway. So standby with the Hazard suits and medical gear"
"Security Station, gather the remaining crew and remain on yellow alert. We are embarking on the unknown here and while we have no reports of life in those sectors it would be prudent to be careful"
Alexis took a deep breath as he paused to clear his thoughts. They would be leaving the familiar and venture beyond, to a region that was shrouded in mystery. A region where the fates of 3 ships remains in doubt, a crew of over 7000 remains lost. Will the Sakkara join that statistic, or is there a fate worse than that in store for them?. He looked about at his crew. Freelancer and UPD members alike stared back at him waiting his orders.
"Warp Core at full power. Engines are standing by for Warp Jump, Captain!" Extra spoke through the intercom.
"Roach, will you do the honors?" he turned to the pilot.
"Course set for Helios Belt region. Sector 9 coordinates locked in and confirmed. ETA to region 32 minutes at maximum warp. Standby for jump in..
5.....
4.....
The hum of the engines began to grow louder
3.....
2.....
The ship began to gather speed as the engines reached the limit of it's sub-light capacity.
1.....
The stars blurred as they moved past the ship, becoming slower and slower with each passing second. The cabin descended into silence. Even as the crew spoke, no words seemed to come out of their mouths. Omega I and the Thantos were now far far behind, they seemed to be moving away slowly to Alexis's eyes. He felt a pressure wave build up in front of his chest, a strange feeling of weightlessness overcame him, he felt lightheaded. Everything around him was moving in slow motion.
In actuality 32 minutes and 15 seconds had passed since reaching the final countdown. To Alexis, it seemed like 32 hours and several minutes in a torture chamber. A loud screech filled his ears suddenly, an unwelcome intrusion to the deafening silence that had reigned before. His vision began to clear just as the ringing in his ears subsided. He began to pick up bits of words through the numbness as Roach began to speak.
"...drop.....ace Jum....four....complete"
"Wha-?..say what?" he stammered as he extended his jaw in an attempt to unblock his ears.
"I said, we have dropped out of warp. Deep Space Jump Zero Zero One, from Sector 04 to sector 09 is complete. We have made it beyond the Helios Belt" Roach replied turning with a smile. "We are the fourth ship to cross into the unknown, let us be the first to get back alive" he said becoming solemn all of a sudden
Alexis nodded. "Deploy the radio buoy, set sub-light course for Sector 13 at 31/4 engine power. Eyes and ears open everyone, let's stay frosty on this. Our ETA to Sector 13 should be about 2.5 hours. Everyone report from your stations. Report anything out of the ordinary."

Alexis got up to stare out the window while waiting for the updates from his crew. The space was just as endless and just as bleak as it was in the explored parts of the galaxy, though he did notice that there were some differences in hue and texture. Probably because of the magnetic radiation from the local stars and the belt, the region was bathed in an eerie green and red glow. It flowed through space as if it was a ribbon following the trail of countless asteroids, stretching for miles across the vacuum of space. In the distance three planets loomed as the Sakkara ploughed along it's course, two were red gas giants and one a small yellow planet with rings of ice around it. Scanners indicated that they were desolate and inhospitable, yet Alexis couldn't help but marvel at the wonder of their creation and purpose.
He sat down in his chair and began to write a personal log entry.

Welcome to Chapter 2 of the story. Thus far we have played hopscotch to get to where we are now; the heart of the RP. This is where the survival bit begins to form. You will shortly receive instructions from either me or the co GM about this phase of the journey. From here on end the choices you make, will dictate the outcome of the RP as well as your survival. You can chose to play at whatever pace you want, meaning you do not need to function as part of the group. You can do your own thing if you so chose to but this is also withing a limit.
You all are currently carrying PDAs and this shall remain on you at all times. As crew of the Sakkara, you will now begin to receive updates and orders from the Ship's Computer, conveniently played by our Co-Gm, Nick B. He will inform you of things such as; messages from outside sources, system status, emergency alerts, failures, objectives and outcomes of *special events*. Note, that not even I know what these things may entail. When we wrote this we made several outcomes (more that 20) for the RP. Your actions, interactions and choices will dictate how the RP will proceed but also note that the choices you made in the past will come to haunt you.
The upgrades and the choices you made in the Thantos, will also play a part in your future as we now enter the stage where *special events* scenarios may occur. No one will know what, where or when these events will take place, not even me. Nick, will role a dice and a corresponding outcome will play out. The choices you make during these scenarios and the choice you have made before will combine to dictate your success and your ultimate survival.
Also check the opening post for updates!!!. It's on page 1..just in case u lot were wondering.
You will all know when a special event scenario has occurred or is occurring, when...well, basically when shit hits the fan. Also you will be informed via PM about situations/alerts occurring that is relevant to your positions on the ship and potential objectives. When responding to *Special Events* you will post your actions in the thread, the PM system is one way only (except for OOC questions). Note, that during a *special event* scenario your actions reflect your attempts at resolving a conflict, and much like real life you do not know if these "attempts" have worked or not until the appropriate time has come to pass. The outcome of your attempts (also dictated by a dice and previous choices), will be revealed to you via PM, after which you can post about your success or failure in the thread.
Occasionally, I may or may not be issued with a *special event* scenario, which are triggered by certain actions of the crew. In which case I will post those scenarios in Red.
Here is a crude example of a bog standard *special event scenario*, if your overwhelmed:
Alert to: Lt. A, Subject: the coffeemaker is malfunctioning
Satisfied with his repairing skills, Lt.A makes a fresh cup of coffee using the newly fixed machine and walks off to polish a screwdriver
Clearly this is a very crude set of examples and I expect better writing, but, this is to show you how it will be conducted in game. The quotes represent the PM messages and the italics represent the posts in the thread. Of course, there is no right or wrong way to respond to such a situation, you could even chose to ignore it altogether and you can be as imaginative as you want with your responses(this is sci-fi after all), just as long as you don't post the outcomes of your own attempts or lack of attempting. Just remember not all situations will require you to act, it's up to you to decide if you should act or ignore it altogether.
In the end, I shall receive a summary which will tie everything together when I make my posts.
Do not confuse yourself between *Special event* scenarios and normal activity. When a special event occurs, you will be informed via PM. Otherwise you can carry out with normal activity.
Check Updates on Page one. Weapons tab and Juicy New Tab has been updated/added
"Sick bay, we may or may not find survivors on this mission. Worst case scenario, we may have to drop a crew down to extract UPD beacons and debris. Now, we don't know if the planet contains Oxygen to support life but we may have to venture out anyway. So standby with the Hazard suits and medical gear" Jamie recieved on his PDA.
"Very well, sir. Once we've reached Section 9 I'll get ready with the supplies." He managed to respond with before they hit warp drive and before they knew it they were in Section 9.
Well, might as well get started. he thought to himself as he went over to the storage area before looking about for the various things they needed. It wasn't long before he found the medical gear as he had just placed it there a couple of hours ago. Unfortunately they haven't needed the hazard suits for quite a while so that took a bit longer to find.
"Ah, there they are." He said to himself as he picked up several grey suits with a red triangle on it to show that they were designed specifically for hazards. He then carried these various supplies back to his office where he waited for further orders.
Yeah I know who you mean, same guy that plays Jayne Cobb in Firefly xD
"Names Marcus, Marcus Briggston" he said shaking Mike's hand. "Glad to have you on board" he managed to get in before the Captain chimed in over the intercom.
"Security Station, gather the remaining crew and remain on yellow alert. We are embarking on the unknown here and while we have no reports of life in those sectors it would be prudent to be careful"
Marcus looked at Walter and then Mike, "All right you guys, we are on standby alert. So, if you guys are armed fantastic!. If not, go to the Small Arms Locker and make merry with the assault rifles. Once you are done and we drop out of warp, meet me at the aft section of the ship. We are going to the shooting range for some target practice. You can't miss it, the doors are marked in big black letters". With a nod he leaned back and waited for the Warp Drive to kick in. They had made several warp jumps before, prior to this mission, but he had hated all of it. The sensation of Warp speed was utter chaos on his body and now since they were making the longest jump yet, he was even more anxious to get it over with.
"I hate these things!" he muttered under his breath as the Sakkara began to accelerate towards the Helios Belt and slip into the Warp. Before he could say anything else the ship plunged out of the Warp and filled Marcus's head with a sudden rush of blood.
"AAAARGH!" he groaned clutching his head with both hands. "Gods damn it!, every bloody time!" he stood groggily shaking his head trying to clear the cobwebs. "Ergh!, all right you two. Meet me at the shooting range" he said to the new crew members as he staggered off to sick bay.
"Jamie!" he called out through the doors, "I need an aspirin!"
Walter rubbed his skull, he hated warp jumps, they always made him feel like he had been hit in the head. Getting up, Walter grabbed his pistol and stumbling for a second, started over to the shooting range. Walter practiced often due to the demands of his job, but figured that if they ran into trouble, he should be in top form. Walter grinned in spite of himself, whatever happened on this mission, it would at least be something new. "Plus" Walter thought "I don't have to pretend that I'm not a specialist because everyone already knows." "They probably all mistrust me, but it's not as time consuming, and I'm used to mistrust anyway."
I forgot to mention this earlier, but my character has a silenced pistol with 10 clips of 15 rounds each
"Weapon station, raise navigational shields to full power and blast any asteroids that get in our way, keep the debris away from the hull at all costs and maintain red alert. I don't know what made those other ships disappear but I'd be damned if I let this ship jump in unprepared. So arm Deception missiles and plasma turrets."
"Yes captain navigational shields are at full power Don't worry not a single asteroid will touch the hull" Issaria said as she waited for the warp to kick in. She never had any trouble with it and armed the turrets and missiles as soon as they were out of the warp again She then kept a watch for asteroids and anything that seemed hostile.
Mike groaned as the ship came out of warp speed, he had done it hundreds of times, but it was impossible to get used to. He received a transmission from Admiral Troy and immediately went to find the captain. Wanderign through the ship, he had no clue where he was going, or how to contact the capain. He grabbed the nearest crew member.
"Where is the captain? I have to speak with him urgently."
The man pointed down the hall to the control room, Mike let the man go and swiftly walked into the room.
"Mr. Delorme, I need to speak with you about a special request from Admiral Troy."
yeah the weapons control is there but control as in weapons control XD
and shap don't worry most of us are confused
also a bit off topic go back to your blue spy shap!
All I know is that we are on a ship (a slight variation to being on a boat)
"Aye sir, 31/4 engine power to Sector 13" Roach exclaimed adjusting the engine output. His ears and head were still buzzing from the Warp Jump but unlike the others he sort of enjoyed using the Warp engines. It made the adrenaline surge through his body, like jumping off a high cliff into open waters below. His hands were still shaking from the excitement.
"Deploying Communication Buoy...now" he added pressing a button on the console. Roach paused to look out the window and admire their surroundings. "It is, something else out here isn't it?" he said out aloud. "I've never seen all these colours in space before, and all these new planets.!"
His wide eyed observations were suddenly cut short as Mike rushed into the cockpit, ""Where is the captain? I have to speak with him urgently." the man spoke almost out of breath.
Roach turned around and pointed to the seat where Mike was standing next to. "Right there, buddy!"
I always thought the captain had a seat in the cockpit, and I never assumed it to be a huge cockpit..so yeah.
"Ok, Roach then." Mike looked at the captain, "I received a transmission from Admiral Troy regarding a vehicle of somesort called the Basilisk. He believes it will make our mission easier. Here are the coordinates of the crate containing the Basilisk."
Mike showed a piece of paper which had the coordinates written on it,
(x) 11021 040
(z) 361
The problem is that it is heading toward a large gas planet, and if it isn't intercepted soon, it will be pulled into the planets gravity." Mike looked up from the paper, "Resulting the the loss of the vehicle."
Alexis looked up from his logs at this new intrusion.
"A transport craft eh?. Well that is something we don't have on board....and if we were to explore the surface of the planet we will need a faster way of getting around than on foot..hmm" he rubbed his chin thoughtfully.
"Let's just see what this Basilisk thing really is, before we bring it aboard eh?" He pressed a few buttons on his seat and accessed the computer library.
"Computer, access records on UPD transport craft, titled Basilisk" he entered onto the console.
Constructed in the year 2195 on the Inner Core Planetary Region of Dragos, the UPD Medium Armor Troop Transporter, nicknamed the Basilisk, has been deployed in over 650 combat theaters. The craft is designed according to 5.5 x 2.3 x 1.9 m specifications and is protected by a Cross-Weave Steel Armor Plating Structure that makes up the outer skin of the vehicle. The forward section of the vehicle contains an extendable reinforced armor plating zone for deflecting or ramming through tough obstacles. The windows on the craft are 6 inches thick and are made according to bullet proof specifications. The Basilisk has a total crew complement of 4. [1 driver, 1 turret controller (external), 2 passengers]. It is armed with a 360 degree rotating Hellfire Machine gun Turret that fires .50 caliber Armor piercing bullets at a cyclic fire rate of 100 bullets per second.
The whole craft is powered by a Pegasus Mk II engine power plant that can run either on a Plasma Injector System or during emergencies can switch to emergency power from the on board batteries. These batteries can also be recharged using solar power, the only drawback to this system remains that the batteries do not generate sufficient power to maintain the weapon turret, thereby disabling it in emergency situations. A drawback that has been fixed with the Basilisk's successor, the Minotaur Heavy Transport.
A fully fueled Basilisk with no crew on board weighs roughly 2.1T.
-No Further Data Available on Search Criteria!-
Alexis raised an eyebrow as he read through the library records, "That may be useful to us indeed!. Though I do see one problem" he said getting up. "The dimensions of the craft are bigger than that of our passenger airlock, there is no way we can fit that vehicle plus crate through the small passageway. There is only one way to get that crate on board that ship and that is through the cargo bay"
A sudden quiet descended over the cockpit. Everyone knew what he was implying but it had never been done before, at least not in uncharted space.
"Roach, change course to Mike's coordinate. Keep an eye out on the scanners for jettisoned crates. Somewhere out there is our dune buggy." Alexis said finally. "All crew report to the cockpit, ASAP!"
Withing minutes everyone was standing around the Captain, awaiting his orders. "I am sure you all can understand why we need to get this vehicle" he said when he was sure he had everyones attention. "It is preferable to walking all over an unknown planet for starters and it'll allow us to tow or carry equipment around easily when on the surface. That said, it is clear that the risks involved in getting this crate on to the Sakkara is substantial. So, if any of you think this is not worthwhile operation then speak now!. Before you do though, consider the risks we are undertaking versus the potential benefits.
The crate is too big to fit through the main airlock, meaning we have to get it through the Cargo Bay doors. This hasn't been done in the middle of space before by anyone; and it means we will have to open the cargo bay doors without a pressure seal of a space station or a planet's atmosphere. So, if anything isn't strapped down or bolted to something, the minute we open those doors, things will start flying out to space. I don't need to remind you that this is a very delicate procedure and we already have very critical items strapped in the cargo bay.
As for obtaining the crate, well, it's not going to jump aboard itself. So some of you are going to have to go and fetch it....and that means a spacewalk!. Marcus and Mike, grab your hazard suits and standby for retrieval of the crate. Jamie and Walter suit up as well, your job is to secure the Cargo hold and guide the other two back in safely.
To protect the whole ship from depressurizing, we are going to have to seal off the inner doors to the cargo bay. The four of you will be on your own from then on, on the other side of the doors. Once Roach brings us about to the crate, we will turn the artificial gravity off in the cargo hold and bring the ship to a dead stop. The weightlessness will help Marcus and Mike to bring the crate in. Your hazard suits weren't exactly designed for spacewalks but it will keep you safe from the elements, though, I must insist that you all be careful out there!. The battery thrusters in the suit have limited power, if you use too much energy getting out there then you won't have enough to come back in and you'll be stranded in space. Not to mention, there is a strong gravitational field due to two gas giants in the area. If you can't make it back, we won't have a way of rescuing you and you'll drift towards the planets and burn up in the atmosphere. So to be on the safe side attach guide ropes to your suits, Jamie and Walter, who will remain in the cargo bay can pull you in if something was to go wrong." he paused to look at his crew
"All right then, look lively!" he said with a clap of his hands. "Any questions?, objections?"
"We should start securing and/or removing the items from the cargo hold, we do not have much time." Mike began walking toward the cargo hold, but realized he didn't know where it was, "Where exactly is the cargo hold?"
"Right at the back, really big doors marked CARGO HOLD!. Can't miss it" Roach replied from his seat. "Would love to help with the moving process but I got a crate to find" he grinned as he turned the ship to pursue his new coordinates.
As the minutes dragged on an alert tone suddenly beeped from his console, a message from the ship computer.
"Captain, our Navigation Computer says that those coordinates will take us dangerously close on an intersect path between a planets orbit around the local star. The average temperature in the region is about 3000K and that is just about the limit that our navigational shields can withstand. According to the computer the Hull can withstand a further 1000K but nothing more. I can take the ship to those co-ordinates but we can't hold that position for too long or else the shields will collapse and then our hull won't last long. The retrieval crew have got one shot at this and a very small margin of error." he looked over his shoulder at the four men that would be in the cargo hold, a worried look passed over his face.
"Scanners are picking up signs of debris moving in a decaying orbit around the gas planet. Since the UPD can't activate a homing beacon on the crate I can't distinguish which one of those crates will be the Basilisk, also the magnetic radiation from the star is limiting my scanner range. Obvious guess though, it has to be a really big crate to hold a transport craft. Maybe one of them will have some symbols on it that you would know Mike" he said turning to the disgruntled man and shrugging his shoulders.
"You guys are going to have to eye ball it, old school style. I can't tell you where to look I'm afraid"
@Co-GM: I interpreted the PM and posted the relevant bits. If something is wrong just PM me and I'll fix it.
Jamie looked at Marcus as he charged in and sighed at the demand of aspirin. "Already? Very well." he said to Marcus before standing up and reaching for one of the medical kits and getting a tablet out of the kit.
"Sorry for sounding mad but we do need to make sure that these aren't wasted. We have barely started the trip. Anyway, here you go." He said as he handed Marcus a pill, whochj he took instantly.
"Marcus and Mike, grab your hazard suits and standby for retrieval of the crate. Jamie and Walter suit up as well, your job is to secure the Cargo hold and guide the other two back in safely." came in over the intercom. Jamie then dragged out a few suits from his cupboard.
"Well, better put them on."
We have 8 medical kits still, but one of them only has four painkiller tablets now.
