I am currently in extreme money saving mode as I am saving for a motorbike, which means I need to pay for test etc too. So I have had to turn to games costing £10 and under lately (I know, good timing, right?) and I was wondering whether you guys have any low price games you would recommend for me (Xbox) or for anybody else I suppose, there are some real gems out there!

I will start the ball rolling with Project Gotham Racing 4 from October 2007. Even by today's standards this is a really good racing game and if your lucky you might find a couple guys online at the weekends. The best part is it costs about £5 now.

Minecraft. Roughly 10 pounds i think. I know its like, $13 USD. You can burn a few weeks on it.

And the new update is out. That should extend your game time a few weeks.

Online there are hundreds of mmos ect (you have most likely considered it). But check out the game websites I have played so many aika, settlers of catan online, lost saga and many others including beta.
Also check out castle crashers on the store(I don't have an x-box so my knowledge of cheap games is limited). (I like brackets).

Fable 2 is £9.99 at hmv right now, not the greatest game but enjoyable and you cant go wrong at that price.

Yes, get Mineccraft. Or, if you're into FPSs, get GMod.

You've obviously got a computer of some kind.

Baldur's Gate, Planescape Torment, and Arcanum, all available on GoG. That should keep you going for the rest of the year.

For the Xbox360?

EDF - It's fun, it's a B-movie in a game, and it's cheap.

I feel a bit stupid now, but what is EDF?

Also I want to recommend to anyone else looking for good cheap 360 games, Saints Row 2. Easily a tenner but maybe even £5 pre-owned.

You're not stupid. EDF isn't that big of a series, inside of Japan or outside of it.

EDF = Earth Defense Force 2017

I second them. Minecraft is a simple, yet completely addicting game. Many a day has been wasted trying to build that winter cabin with an extensive underground complex...

Are you hooked up to XBLA? 'Coz if you are you can just be a really cheap scrounger and subsist off free demos until your cash flow crisis eases up. Failing that HMV have a decent clearance sale on at the minute, I think.

Bayonetta, L4D, Bioshock 1 & 2, Dragon Age Origins, ME1 & 2, Red Faction: Guerilla... And so on and so forth.

I know how you feel, as I am in the process of saving up for a new self-build computer (£1400). =[

You could get a Gamecube -- those things are like 20 bucks (used) these days, and the games (used) are pretty cheap too.

I've come to love the used section of Amazon.

IF you can only afford that much I'd say get a gamefly account. Then you'll be able to just play w/e you want and send the rest back when your done. If your some places w/o gamefly then.... I pray for you.
