So I own a PS2, PS3, Xox360 and PC capable of playing any game currently on the market on ultimate settings (and those are just what's hooked up at the moment). I have the internet (obviously), I have a reasonably large collection of books, I have Netflicks.
But you know what, none of that has brought me any joy for a couple of months... I thought I was just saturated with stuff to do so I took some time off all of it.
Yesterday I started a new skyrim game, a game I have 2 60+ hour saves on, I didn't manage an hour before I was bored. I tried watching some of my favorite films, same result. I tried searching steam for something, anything to buy for entertainment and everything just came across as meh. I went back to the early zero punctuation and jimquisitions, I did watch about 10 of each and they passed the time but never really was I enjoying them in the moment, just passing the time. I can't get past page one of any book without feeling like I'm reading for the sake of reading not for joy.
Anyone any suggestions of a game/film/internet thing/book or anything that will seem a bit new and more importantly let me enjoy it in the moment instead of feeling like I'm going through the motions?
