I am asking the people about what they think others to do before they make the wrong decision so what do you think.. THis idea is used on G4s attack of the show for dvds and I thought it would work for games

I hope this isn't a new trend in threads...

Anyways, there's only 2 real choices here, because the version worth playing is the PC one. The answer? Buy.

Please don't make any more of these threads, I'm sure most people can make their minds up on their own.
And I'd say rent to see if it gets old first, then buy.

Always *always* rent first if you have any doubt in your mind you won't like it. If you played the demo and loved it then I probably don't need to tell you that buying is probably best for you.

It's quite simple.
Any game you're considering: Rent it.

Too late for the demo now, actually. Just go out and buy the game. You will not regret it.

Oh, and next time you aren't sure, pick up and read a gaming magazine or something. It'll save you some time...

I don't see what the big problem is with these types of threads. It could be a good thread to read people's opinions for a game you may be on the fence about buying. Or it could start a discussion about the value or replay value of a particular game. I also don't see the reasoning in questioning the legitimacy of these posts especially considering you have to constantly wade through "whats ur fav villian-duo-but-that-you-would-want-to-be-not-fight-against" and Poll posts in this forum.

Ahem, also...Buy. Without a doubt, buy.

If you're on the fence about buying it then just rent it. How fucking hard is that? I apologise for swearing but Jesus Heroin-loving Christ! Make the decision for yourself. Why are we supposed to tell you what you like? That's insanity! You're some guy/gal on the other side of the intertubes and no matter how many games you tell us you like we will never and I mean NEVER know whether you will like the game or not.

Want to buy the game? Buy it. If you don't like it after all you can always trade it in/ebay.
Not sure if you want to buy the game/on the fence about it? Rent it and see.
Don't want to buy it? Don't bloody buy it then.

By the 8 Legs of Sleipnir you people are frustrating at times. How hard is it to think for yourself?

Haha. Am I mistaken or are forums about having discussions? It's not about you telling anyone what to like - no one ever asked you for that. It's about getting feedback from other people's experiences, just like any good consumer would before spending hard-earned money on a product. It's the same thing as reading a review. I accept your apology for swearing, but you need to get a fucking grip. Also, you can't rent PC games or trade them back in, and when you buy them on Steam (which is a great platform), you can't sell them on ebay. Thanks for playing.
