My curret PC is 7 years old so I need something new a this is what I found.
AMD Phenom? II X6 1055T ( 2.8 GHz, 9 MB cache)
ATI Radeon HD5770 1GB
1 TB HD
4 GB DDR3 1333 MHz
+ some classic stuff like keyboard, mouse (no new screen), and so.
I wanna know if this is good deal for 600-800?. If you need any more information just ask, I answer if I can.

Seems a fair price to me, but I'm very unfamiliar with the Phenom chips, so perhaps someone else has a more informed opinion!

At the very least, it's going to seem like a damn sports car compared to your 7 year old PC :)

I wanna buy something that will last for some time but I dont want to buy something too powerful and expansive when I will be able to buy it for 1/4 of its current price in 5 years.

Assuming you're using this for gaming, you really don't need a six-core processor. Only the past couple years have seen real 3+ core support become available in games, so I'd advise you to look for a fast dual or quad core for cheaper. However, the six-core is definitely fast enough to run any modern game, especially if you overclock it.

The video card is quite good for gaming, and you definitely have enough RAM and hard drive space. However, if you already have a decent mouse and keyboard, I'd advise you to buy the components and put the computer together yourself- you can save yourself some decent cash that way. Just looking at US prices on Newegg, you can get the same name-brand components for about $500 (about 350? just doing some math in my head, not sure of the exact exchange rate or taxes in your area). Granted, that price will definitely go up based on what other components you have (motherboard, PSU, etc.). I think you can get quite a bit more for your money if you do it yourself, but it is a very good computer and a good price if you don't want to put a computer together.

Your going to see that regardless of what you get, get the best you can at this moment, it will last almost half a decade or a little longer before you need to think about upgrading again.

Well, I wanted to build it part by part but my problem is that Im not really good at it.Also when I buy it this way I get 2 years of warranty (I hope I translated it well) and those other things like keyboard or mouse can be handy. I have keyboard and mouse of course but they are pretty old too and Im not sure how long will they last.

That is a fairly good deal, if you dont know much about building your own PC then Id just recommend getting that cause you cant get much better on that budget.

Well, by all means buy this computer. It should last you for at least four years, longer if you don't mind playing lower graphics and we haven't gone to direct brain connections by then.

you should look at some of the intel i5s they're cheaper than the i7s and seem to be able to out perform even amd's new hex cores. Is that computer you're asking about pre-built or are you just adding up the prices of individual parts? either way that does seem like a good deal.
