Little more info needed, but I'd say as long as they're both already fairly decent in the current build then upgrade CPU if you're going to use it as a general PC or if it's exclusively for gaming then upgrade graphics.

Seriously, dude if you want to get a gaming PC you're gonna have to build it yourself. Otherwise you'll end up spending hundreds of dollars more on a half-decent build.

EDIT: Yeah just built an okay computer on that website and I must say, I could have built that for half the price.
