Personally I'd definitely recommend it, if for nothing more than it being completely unique.

I read the book and the film, liked both, but I must say, I understood the movie much better then the book. Some things in the book did just not get across to me until I saw them on the screen. Maybe I'm shallow, but whatever. Anyway I really liked it.

Birthdays, entertainment, and awesomeness leaves me feeling no shame for bumping this fantastic review. I'm not surprised just how interesting, informative and entertaining it is. I have expectations now, be warned!

I absolutely loved this film, but haven't met many people who feel the same way. The few that I have met who have seen it didn't like it. I'm not sure how I feel about those people now... >.>

i read the book first (which i adore ever since) and i have to say, you pretty much need it to get a grip on what the hell is exactly going on. but i admit, the movie is classy, it does look nice, actors are great (robert downey jr for president) and it does not spoil the genius of the book and thats really the least you can ask for in the case of an adaptation

Yeah it was definitely a great film, without doubt, just not very accessible. Other than that, pure animated perfection
