Actually World at War was extremly easy on PC on veteren. it feels like Regular on xbox.
sorry but i call bullshit. enemy reaction speed is cut roughly down to two thirds of the time it is on consoles, enemy hp are slightly elevated. enemies prioritizing player character over npc's is a tad elevated for pc, and enemy accuracy is nearly doubled. in cod4 pc enemies used to get a slight damage boost over their console counterparts, but i'm not sure about that in WaW.
If i can't tell you, i'll show you :L

as many people in the comments pointed out, this is NOT veteran. looks more like regular to me. he gets hit waaaay to often and lives^^
There are instances, we he becomes red screened, and youtube comments are stupid anyway wtf lol?

you can get your screen red on any difficulty. and yes, youtube comments are among the stupidest things on the entire internet^^ but the fact ramains, the video is not on veteran. you wouldn't survive some of the red screens on vet.

I love the COD campaigns, it's the multi-player that drives me to punch walls. Won't even begin to try and list all the BS in it...
We know all about your BO multiplayer views. Yay for twitter.

OT:To me, CoD doesn't have problems. CoD is just one giant problem.

?Hive mind?; suicidally dispossessed enemies with sole intention of killing player character.
Yes. Why do they ignore my teammates and go for me? How do they all instantly know where I am when I kill any one of them? How, even, do they know that I'm a threat when all that they can see is a moving shadow?

Prone ? game will sometimes not allow player character to go prone if they are standing near a wall or solid object. This is constantly lethal in firefights. Obviously a player cannot clip through a wall, but why can?t the game automatically move the player to a place where lying on the floor is possible when they press the crouch button?
Yes! Yesyesyes! Why do we even need to find a large enough space to lie down in in the first place? It never adds to the fun, it's just annoying at the worst possible time.

I think that call of duty games have a lot of good things to be said about them, story, effects, graphics, physics. Personally I think the campaigns on all of them are excellent...especially cod 2 and cod 5.....so atmospheric.....but the online on games like MW2 and Black Ops is just so generalized and I hate to say it but mainstream...It's just the same thing over and over again....its not so much the game play itself, but the people who play it, the people who think that we all need to here them whining about insignificant stuff that means the world to them.
It's almost become a religion and this is what drives most normal people away from these games, the people who play them.
I think that treyarch or infinity ward need to make a drastic change in one of the upcoming call of dutys to give all those people a kick up the ar** hole and show them that every game doesnt have to be the exact same. Only then will the people who have been driven away will start to return there is no other way i can see anyway...

I am sorry but no. Just because you want them to be the one button does not mean they should be for everyone else. In a scrim type scenario you need to be able to choose between prone and crouch as well as need things like Lean. The second it takes to double table crouch to get to prone will kill in this scenario. Sometimes you need to go straight to prone. In fact I want the OPTION of having diffuse bomb as a separate button to picking up guns. Having them the same button is the worst idea ever.
I want the option; I don't want it to be mandatory. Maybe that wasn't clear.
Besides, going prone on console involves a half second button press from standing or crouching, not double tap. It's simple to go straight to prone from any situation. If anythingit adds quite a bit of flexibility.
Well as long as it is an option I don't care. It cannot be standard as regardless if you mean to talk only about single player this would fuck up competitive multiplayer majorly not that I bother with CoD competitive scene anymore after CoD4.

You missed the games' oppressive linearity. There is *one* path through the level. If you don?t take it you?re screwed, because you aren?t hitting the triggers to turn the respawn off. And that?s when the game isn?t flat-out on rails.

My favorite parts in shooters have always been the larger areas where you more of an arena-type battle with a set number of enemies/spawns, where I can actually use tactics and creativity to fight them. There were some places in Halo: Reach where the AI made me feel like I was up against actual players.
