I just randomly clicked on one of the items.

Where can you safely save money? Yeah like the guy above says, everywhere. Optical drive, fine, case is a matter of taste, but everything else. Yeah.

The 3770k will get you very little performance in gaming over a 3570k, and a GTX Titan is totally overkill. Drop down to a GTX 680 at the very most, or even a 670. They won't max every game out there, but near as damn it. You're very rarely gonna be able to max everything because there's always a game out there that's built for the GPUs of 2 year's time.

Have you got all the other parts you need? I don't see you list Motherboard, RAM, Internal drives, monitor, keyboard, mouse etc.

I'm also not sure there's much point in an external drive these days, just combine a reasonably sized SSD with a big HDD.

I pretty much agree with the above. You don't really need a 3770k or a titan. A GTX 680 can max any modern game, though blowing that much money on a graphics card is frankly kind of stupid if you are not an enthusiast.
Also no motherboard, ram e.t.c. You really need to rethink this.
Something along these lines should be perfect for a high end build.

I agree with everyone. Get an i5 and don't get a Titan...it has one of the worst price/performance ratios of any card in existence.

Mostly already been said - titan is probably not the best choice - you could SLI or crossfire two really good cards for half the price of that behemoth.
Out of interest, is there a reason you want an external drive instead of a second internal HD?

In terms of the case, it's really a matter of personal preference. Generally, decent cooling potential is something to think about - extra 140mm spaces, 280mm spaces, replaceable side panels, etc.
That way you can get a build, then upgrade with radiators, watercooling, additional fans, and overclock to improve performance in the future.
Don't get me wrong, the case you've posted does look really good, but there might be a fair few that give you what you need for a lot cheaper. For example, the inbuilt fan controller isn't going to be strictly necessary straight away because you can pick up a self contained one for £30 or less if and when you need it. You'll never need 9 drive bays or PCI slots.

Power supply is probably about right for the build you listed.

That example is actually really close to my build, except different brands, and my graphics card is ever so slightly better.

For OP's reference, I can run stuff like Farcry 3, Hitman Absolution, at almost max settings (perhaps skimping on AA slightly, or reducing shadows from 'ultra' to 'high') at about 50-60fps generally, and not less than 35 in very intensive areas. And that's with no overclock and case aircooling from 3 stock fans.
