Can anyone name that game?

A few years back, I read about a weird freeware game based on dinner party conversation or something similar. You had to interact with characters, conversing appropriately and at the right time so as not to piss them off.

Okay, it sounds crap the way I've described it...!! Still, I'm wondering if anyone knows what it was called?? For some reason the word 'Farced' keeps coming to mind, but I'm not sure if that's related. I think one of the UK mags might have put it on a cover disk at some point too.

Just to hijack this thread slightly:

I played a game on Amiga that involved you being a soldier running around in a world shooting stuff. You could even drive vehicles and tanks, I think. Houses were destroyable.

The polygon count was VERY low, I even made a quick sketch in paint:

Though the real game was somewhat more 3d'ish.


EDIT: I think, THINK, something like "hunter" was in the name. I'm not sure, though.
