Can I have some tips?

I play tf2 alot and I love sniping. But after a few months I've gotten worse at it. I have a really hard time with drag shots, my reflexs are dull and I'm just not doing as well.

So do you guys have any tips?

Play scout. No, seriously. If you play as scout for a while (Scattergun, not FAN) you should fine tune your aiming enough to get back into the pace you used to be.

Yeah, play some other classes for a while. You may find yourself being much more "Kredit to team" and just having more fun then looking down scope being stabbed by some sneaky spies.
