Looking at this [http://www.systemrequirements.in/system-requirements-mass-effect-3-pc.html] I don't see why not. You should be able to run the game. According to several comments here and there I've seen online, I don't expect you to have too many problems, since apparently ME3 is more optimised than ME1 and 2, so it runs better than them.

If you are able to play Mass Effect 1 and/or 2, you can handle ME3. It's still the same UE3 engine. To check for sure, grab the ME3 demo.

The offical specs for the ME3 demo stated on the Bioware forums [http://social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/324/index/9006820/1] are as follow:

OS - Windows XP SP3/Vista SP1, Win 7

Personally, I wouldn't expect it to run great however as ThriKreen said, download the demo and run from there.
