Won on the 11th attempt! I tried Tali'zorah at first and was shocked at Akinator's accuracy. How the hell did he guess that from those questions?

He nailed Wrex once I went deep enough, although amusingly enough he mistook him for Mordin Solus at first.


...and he nailed Councillor Tevos after 16 questions. How the fraaaaak...



And finally, he completly missed Charr, the lovesick Krogan. Did have him in his database though.

It did however, guess:
