Can you cook?

I've been cooking with my family since I was a tiny little thing, and I'm willing to say I'm decent in the kitchen. My father and brother are the improvisational types though... they can take a recipe and turn it into something totally unique without too much thought.

I can make a lot of simple but filling recipes (Mexican and Italian as well as plain ol' American dishes are my specialties), and bake very well. My secret pride is my biscuits and sausage gravy recipe... and my chicken enchiladas with sour cream-green chile sauce.

I can outcook some and be outcooked by many others. But I love my dishes and they're definitely not just made from boxes.

Im not gunna lie, watching iron chef makes a major differance in your cooking skill.

Ive seen every episode, probably 3 times. I have my friends stopping by random days with steaks and sh*t asking if i can marinade and grill for them.

The sad part is, im being litteral here. >.>;
My friend dave dropped by 3 nights ago asking if i could cook food, for his BBQ.
Thats right, he wants to hold a BBQ, using my food. I was so insulted i cleaned my toilet with his burgers.

But let me ask you: Have you ever seen Batman demonstrate any culinary skill?
