I can do a forward flip semi okay without any help, but I can't do a backflip without a trampoline.

No, and I don't plan to try because I suck at gymnastic type things.

No, and if I did there would be a lot of blood, one of my feet facing the wrong way, agony and a massive hospital bill.

[sup]I might actually do this and send it to Scarred...if it's still on.[/sup]

I can if I start on a elevated platform. For example I can do it off a wall onto pavement because even though I can jump high, I cant flip really fast, I have to have time.

Yes indeed :D

EDIT: Never tried a backflip as a friend did serious damage to their neck when they screwed one up when we were kids.

I guess the trampoline counts (Damn my lack of specifics). An additional question then, can anyone not do a flip on a trampoline?

I'm far to big and to even think about trying to do a flip and land on my feat, but I can do a flip break fall and roll back onto my feet, and a cartwheel.

If I was stupid enough to attempt a standing flip, I'd be lucky if I only damaged my coccyx, but I'd probably break my neck or break my arm attempting to protect my head.
