Huh. Really? 4? That doesn't sound plausible as a 'healthy' amount of sleep. But then again, I don't know the exact details of all the various research on this subject that has been conducted.Kouryuu said:

The longer you sleep the faster you die... Well, I guess it's possible, but it sounds rather counter-intuitive.
