Can YOU handle the heat?

Right now I'm a little cold, it's autumm/winter here in Uruguay (it gets cold and hot fast, Spring and autumm are disappearing), today was a little hot for this time of the year, right now it's 11ºC but last Tuesday it was just above 0ºC.
I love heat, I wish it was +22ºC all-year-round. I'm a bit allergic to sudden temperature drops so this season isn't the best of things for me. Summer gives a steady +28ºC in the southern and eastern parts of the country, getting to 35ºC-40ºC in the hotter days, the north is another story, it's a lot more dry so it can get a bit cold at night and above 42ºC on most days, once I was at my uncle's during January and it peaked at +45ºC (+113ºF) in the shade, under the sun was just scorching-hot.

I hate the hot weather. I work in a kitchen that has no air conditioning so on the really hot days it is terrible. Plus, I have allergies so the spring and summer months are bad for me. I can't wait till it is winter.

You guys should come to Arizona during the summer and then se if you can handle the heat. 115+ degrees during the day and high to mid 90's at night. I've lived here most of my life though, so I'm used to it.

Talking with a friend earlier, he told me about an article from somewhere in the US where people were experiencing a "heat wave" in the 90's during the day, kids getting sent home from school and whatnot, people losing their shit, etc. I live in Puerto Rico, it is 2 am here right now, the temperature AT THIS TIME is in the mid 90's. It's literally been like this since late february. To top it off, I live in Ponce, the hottest city in the island, it rains here MAYBE a month a year, I wish I was exaggerating.

My question to you guys, is, can you handle the heat, or does it give you problems? I'm used to it, what DOES piss me off is people complaining when it does actually rain!!!! And in the winter when it goes all the way down to the mid 70's, and people start complaining that it's cold, that seriously makes me want to send them on a one way trip to Iraq or Afghanistan, where 140 temps are common, see if 70 is too cold then.

I've lived here in Arizona for 3 years, so I'm kind of used to it now. Our hottest days are 120's, our coldest are 30's. We get rain only in August-October, and when it rains, it RAAAAINS, and then it smells like cow shit.

I love hot weather! 100ºF (38ºC) days are common here. (...and it's really humid, too)

That being said, I don't take the cold well. Down to about 50ºF (10ºC) I'm fine in my usual shorts and T-Shirt, but as you approach freezing from there, my tolerance goes to 0. I practically die from even the slightest contact with snow or ice. Not that we get much of it around here.

Can't stand temperatures over 25 degrees celsius (just convert already you heathens!), but high humidity is what really annoys me. I'm much better at handling cold temperatures, for some reason I generate a lot of heat.

I love the heat! To me, its weird when people complain about the nearly 100 degree heat unless its accompanied by high humidity or a total lack of shade.

Puerto Rico, being a tropical island, is extremely humid, it gets sticky here lol. Everyone always looks like they just got done having sex.

It's currently winter down here in Australia, but I can handle heat pretty well. But my god, it can get pretty cold down here sometimes. Brrrr!

I only like temperatures below 65F due to my college being located in the mountains. Anything above 40F is shorts/t-shirt weather as far as I'm concerned

I cant even come close to handling the heat. I hate it. Theres nothing like stepping outside and within 5 minutes look like youve been swimming and getting eaten by every insect within a 5 mile radius.

People who complain about cold weather make me ill, because If I am cold, I own enough clothes to get warm, and I have never once been bitten by an insect in the winter.

Thing people do also forget is that heat is more than just temps. Its humidity and such can make a heat "feel like" basically warmed over death.

Im from Auatralia and it gets pretty hot where I live like in the 40's somtimes (celcius) no Idea how that translates to farenheit, and its pretty warm most of the year

No I hate heat, it burns my skin, ives me freckels, makes me thirsty, sunstroke, sweat and it stings my ees if its sunny. Winter is soooo much better.

we have all the seasons, and yes when its winter, its winter (as in fucking freezing especially down south where I used to live it normally got very cold at night,) I prefer winter

thing is summer seems so long...and its just generally warm most of the time winter kind of feels like it catches you off gaurd, and I really couldnt justify buying an expensive unbrella or coat because it would feel like Id only wear it for like a tiny second each year

if you are refering to this, we are in the southern hemisphere so our seasons are the oposite to the northern hhemisphere (I think) as in we have christmas in the middle of summer (when its really really hot) and right now its winter

Nope nope nope. I can't do heat. Not a bit. I mean, I don't die in it or anything, I get a fan like everyone else. But I never want it, and I'm never comfortable in it.

People always say "Oh just wait until it's thirty below zero, then you'll be whining for the heat to come back." Nope. I love below-zero temperatures. Heat makes me feel lethargic and unmotivated, like I can't do anything without getting even hotter and nastier. The cold makes me feel alive.

God no, I hate it being hot. It means I have to break out the short shorts and this cannot happen whilst sharing a house with 3 boys. So to cope I usually buy a paddling pool, not this year though, THANKS IMPENDING HOSE PIPE BAN!

40 C (104 F) is somewhat hot around here. It's nice to sweat your balls off after -20C or -30C (-4 F or -22 F) winter. I love heat, but can't stand the chilling cold.

I live in Pittsburgh, and it has indeed gone up to 90s here on the good days. Note that I said the good days, of which there have been pleasantly alot of lately, though not always. I will say again. I live in Pittsburgh. There is no form of weather I cannot handle.
