Can you whistle?

I can't whistle. I can't do the fingers in the mouth thing, breathing in, blowing out, nothing!

I can't snap my fingers either.

I can whistle quite well actually. It may not be that loud but I can carry a tune and whistle while both inhaling and exhaling. The weird thing about my whistling is that I whistle out of the side of my mouth instead of the front.
