Captcha doesn't appreciate smartasses, apparently...

So today I stumbled upon a new type of captcha on this site where they gave me some letters and told me to unscramble the word.

I forget the exact order here, but the word they wanted from me was clearly "television"

Well I decided that "Hey, with those same letters, I can spell its one evil."

And then I got a captcha error and had to submit another one. I guess they don't appreciate creative problem solving.

So have any of you ever gotten one of those captchas yet? And if you do, I know it's annoying to have to put it in twice, but see if you can have some fun with it.

I haven't gotten one yet, but sometimes Captcha asks your opinion on a product, and doesn't always appreciate the answer.

I haven't seen it. I don't like the "describe this brand in one word" captchas. This may seem stupid but I am legitimately confused as to how to answer those - it seems half the time when I just enter the brand name it's wrong?

Also not sure if intentional but novelties and television don't share all the same letters. I mean you can make the word novelties using the letters from television but its got one less 'i'.

It's just some sort of marketing data. Meaning they want to literally describe how you feel, there's no right or wrong answer, they just do it to compile results. I always write "crap" or "shit" in the box to make sure they're counting my feelings too.

Novelties doesn't have the second I, OP.

On the "describe this brand" captchas, I usually enter total nonsense. "Guitar penguin tangerine" kind of stuff.

I just answer with whatever colour the logo is. However recently it's been generating some really difficult to read stuff.

Like this one:

...Sperm?

I remember getting one where it was a word followed by a musical measure.
I looked at it and thought
"Okay, t-y-g-o-r [or whatever it was] and... where's my harmonica?"
Cool part of this story, when I hit refresh it came up

ipacky ultramarine

That's so metal, Captcha.
Anyway.

I personally get confused on the trivia ones.
You know, where it's like
"This brand of toothpaste has which tagline?"
I look at the list and think
"I don't f*****g know, I'm not particular with my freaking dental care!"

I like it when I have to describe American brands I have never even heard of. I always try to write something positive...

EDIT: That is four "I's" in two short sentences. Need to work on this.
