whats you opinion on these?

personally i don't mind them, except for when i am constantly needing to prove my humanity (LIKE RIGHT NOW FOR INSTANCE!!11!!!111) that gets on my nerves.

I can never read the damn things. I'm constantly refreshing till I find one that's comprehensible.

They however seem to stay away from me most of the time.

Also they aren't real words.

I only mind them when they expect me to accomplish an impossible task. For example:

I'm not totally sure, but I think it might be either Hebrew or Arabic. And that one I got right here at the Escapist.

Ditto on the "can't read them" most of the time.

Sometimes I scroll through them to find funny combos, tho.

They stop some Spambots, and help to create the occasional (Arguably) funny comic.
So... I like them I suppose, although that may be because I have to bother with them so rarely and when I do they tend to be simple for me to understand (Suppose I'm lucky that way).

As long as the text is readable and can be done using only the normal QWERTY keyboard, then I don't really care.
