Okay, so I would love to start making youtube videos about the games I have etc.

I'll just get to the point, what capture card should I buy?

I have an xbox 360.

Well, when you're starting out, get a dazzle, just to make sure it's something you enjoy doing. If your channel begins to get more and more successful, you can move on to a better CC, such as a HD PVR or Black Magic; but they're pricey, so it's recommended you just stay cheap until you know it's something you definitely want to do.
