is there's any examples of Carnivorous and Cannibalistic Omnicidal Maniacs?

here's the limits of these subsets of Omnicidal maniacs:

1. these villains must be strictly and (often) exclusively carnivorous
2. the term "Cannibalistic" here are less of eating it's own kind and more of eating sapients
3. and most importantly, no Real Life examples here where for the sake of peace, mythological and religious examples(when mythological ones are from original mythologies) are counts as Real Life examples

I was going to say them, but then eating everything doesn't make the carnivorous. They'll eat people, but not really in preference to everything else.
