Thats kinda sad, I'd use it though :p

The pokewalker is ACTUALLY sad though, not having to play entirely ruins the game..
The pokewalker isn't some magical device that plays the game for you, it's just another daycare, but instead of walking around in the game, you wank around in the real world.

This is... not good, lol.

The next generation in japan will have an abundance of sumo wrestlers.

Kind of an odd deal for the "Healthy Alternative" Nintendo is fostering in the states.. maybe that's only for this side of the pacific.
Well, you have to remember that if you want a burger RIGHT NOW, then you have to go to eight different McDonalds since there's probably a time restriction on this. Also, McDonalds isn't nearly as popular in Japan as it is in the U.S. while the DS and pokemon are very popular.

This annoys me personally because Japan is also getting a WiFi Jirachi event in a few days, which is just one more thing to miss out on.
Don't feel bad Jirachi isn't that good except for doom desire especially with the 4 lv100 I have in my ruby from my pre-order of Pokemon Colosseum for GCN.

Slightly on topic. I heard they put digital stuff on the wrappings of hamburgers but come on, it is like they are asking us to buy 6000 burgers for that one extra butterfree.

I'm not sad because I'm missing out on a competitive owerhouse, I'm sad because I need one for my pokedex. And Jirachi is a pretty good pokemon in the standard tier, especially considering it only has one weakness and has good stats to back up a decent move pool. I would compare it to Metagross, except less specialized.

I haven't heard anything about the "digital wrapper" thing before, though.

Burger-mon!
In completely unrelated news, Keane, what the HELL is that thing in your avatar? I preferred Kuririn. Or Krillin. I can't remember how it's spelled.

I was always more of a double quarter pounder with cheese

or what you Europeans would call a double royal with cheese because of your metric system

McDonald's in Japan is almost nothing like it is in the West. A friend of mine was there last week and noticed that everything is cooked using organic ingredients and the food he saw wasn't nearly as greasy.

It's unfortunate they don't do that over here.

Jirachi has more specialized move set wise and as such not going to win a slot in my team with a versatile move set metagross since I value versatility over specialization any day and last I checked they are both weak to fire and ground which are both very common move types in most player vs. play matches.

Oops, I thought Jirachi had Levitate and the associated ground immunity.

Metagross is easier to get than Jirachi, though, and it's also really hard to find a Jirachi with good IVs. As far as the moveset goes, It doesn't have the pure power that Metagross has, but the moves are similar. Jirachi is also faster amd less predictable than Metagross since you won't have Meteor Mash/Earthquake on it every time.

But,but those moves own *wink* and all your points are very true though I can predict a jirachi will have psychic/future sight and doom desire maybe a dash of wish and can never go wrong with thunderbolt.

i can see it now... someone hacks into the stamp system & makes it so he always has the maximum amount of stamps. Then before they catch him & shut down the pokestamp system, he orders & gets as many possible sammiches as he can.

Then tosses them all into the ball-pit.

McDonalds would go out of business instantly (not), & the store will be shut down. the sammiches will mold & mutate into a new life-form that will eat little children.

Was wondering when that'd show up.

I'm not jealous of Japan at all.

Could be because I haven't played Pokemon since Yellow and favour the Whopper over the Big Mac.

it sucks because they took off the youtube clip so I could let people in on the joke.

it had swearing in it and violence but it wasn't really any worse than a fanboy post :)
