Catching an Eevee.

I bought Pokemon Platinum and I've been trying to find out how to get an Eevee. I've already gotten the one from Bebe, but I want to know how to get another. I heard something about the trophy garden, but I've been out in the trophy garden for a long time and never got an Eevee. How do I do it?

Is it for breeding? If so find a Ditto if it's on there. I'm not too familiar with the new ones.

Breed it with Ditto.

You need to get Ditto first, so I would recommend www.serebii.net for any help you may need.
