Ah yes, and yet another game without a PC version. For fuck's sake.
It's an Atlus JRPG. We're lucky it's coming to the 360.
Is that confirmed? You know, turn-based battles and everything?

The moment I saw the first trailer it looked like the perfect opportunity for the Persona team to try something new, considering this game has a larger emphasis on psychological horror than the Personas. (At least it looks like it does.)
JRPG does not instantly mean Turn Biased Battles and what not.
I remember reading on Kotaku it was a Psycho/Horror Adventure JRPG.

Oh please let this game be released in the US...

On a side note: I think the future of the traditional horror genre (as opposed to the action, horror genre) may look more like this, with odd juxtaposition between "normal" and the "disturbed." In other words, expect the next Silent Hill II to be something of this ilk and not like Dead Space.

I can't say I've really had too much interest in the last couple of trailers, but this time makes it seem interesting.

Sign me Up. I am totally on board for this game.

I am getting increasingly interested in this game. Atlus have yet to disappoint me. Has an English release been confirmed yet?

Also, I'm loving the William Tell Overture remix in this trailer.

The scariest bit is when that guy screams, there is something really off about his face with a wide gaping mouth.

This game does seem to focus squarely on the sexual weirdness.

Noone knows how much it irritates me that the trailers use some awesome classical music but I can never place it.

Well here goes another sleepless night trying to place it...

unless someone here knows it

EDIT: well that wasn't so hard. its part of the William Tell Overture.

There's a lot of things to say about this, but I think the most pressing, and most important is this:

I have never seen a game like this.

Which is kinda par for the course for me and Atlus. I really like when we branch out in new and crazy directions, and I eagerly await a U.S. release.

Totally interested in the game and loving the concept.. but I really want to see some actual gameplay. It worries me that we haven't seen any yet seeing as how this is supposed to be in the final polishing stage.

I was going to say "normally known as the Lone Ranger theme", but none of you will know who that is...

Good to see they're finally getting free reigns.
They always wanted to make the SMT universe darker and more gruesome, but were held back.
I look forward to what kind of weird shit they can create without having too many censors choking them.
I'm wearing my happy pants.

Where do I pre-order.

OH MAN if there's a special edition with a lamb-man plushie... Raiho may have Imp and WCC, but he could use another Atlus friend.

And now I feel old. Also, you're technically incorrect. The Lone Ranger theme was the overture's epic finale; the "Storm" section is about halfway through. And now I feel a bit cultured.

I have been waiting for the Transition of my Favourite series onto the PS3. Finally, this could be a PS3 exclusive game to be proud of. So far i've been overall unimpressed compared to the PS2 greats.

The more adult themes are curious and unexpected, but not too much of a push seems as the games were always mature anyway. I Anticipate the same depth and amazing story as normal and that something will be special and different about this game (series? maybe.) without cheapening it one bit.

I wish that it was no parts erotic because otherwise that looks like a delightfully insane game. Now I'll have to try and convince people why I'm buying a Japanese erotic game...
