I am still hoping it'll get a European release, though I doubt any special edition over here would match that. Europe always seems to get the short straw as far as special editions are concerned.

You get both by pre-ordering. The deluxe edition features the shirt, boxers, and box while pre-ordering automatically nets you the cd and artbook.mireko said:

@Black Pheonix: Unfortunately I'm pretty sure I read an official statement or something of that kind saying that they're not going to release it in Europe at all. Which is a travesty!

I know this is a little off-topic, but I'm starting to fall out a little with Atlus. Not just this, but there's two games by Sting that I don't think are going to see release outaside of Japan either, and since Atlus have published everything else by Sting that has been released in the US...
I also want to know when NIS are going to get around to localising Atelier Totori. Not that I even have any money these days...

Don't put too much stock into rumors like that. Someone had an 'official statement' that it wouldn't be localized at all just a few days before the localization was announced.i am not god said:
Atlus USA can't bring it to Europe on their own since they're an American company with no European division, so you'll have to wait for someone like Square-Enix, Koei or Ghostlight to bring it to the PAL regions. Usually takes a few months after the US release.
I wish they would release a special edition where you got to choose which extras you wanted, and be able to pay accordingly. Because I want the artbook and soundtrack, as well as the boxers and shirt (What? They make great pj's), but I'm not so keen on the pillow. And I don't even want to know about the pizza box. I may just get the preorder version and buy the shirt somewhere else.
Edit: Nevermind, I'm and idiot. You get it all when you preorder. I'm still iffy about that pillow.
