Hello there wanderer and Welcome to my humble home-sit down you must be tired........you have a lot of questions don't you.......about what's happening?

Let me try my best to explain you see Humankind has lost their knowledge their intelligence that they once had......no it would be better to say that they have lost their memories.

People have reverted back to primitive mindset of the cavemen-regressed to the point where only the most basic instincts remain inside of them.

No one knows how or why this has happened to us but there is hope-you see people like you and me have kept our knowledge however we are small in number equaling 1/10th of the population .

So young wanderer now that you know the truth what will you do-how do you plan to survive in this world-where will you go please tell me!!!

Well obviously I'm going to create a caste system with a few of my friends who weren't affected, and hopefully take effective control of our local area & pay tribute to any nearby warlords. The intelligent class would work on retaining all useful knowledge in libraries, inventing new technologies, and ensuring basic utilities such as energy, food, and water. The cavemen class would have several basic rights such as right to a private life, ownership of property, but would essentially be well-looked after slaves & would not be encouraged to regain their lost knowledge. With time and hard work, we would be able to build a brave new world, and also some fucking big pyramids to act as my mausoleum.

And before anyone calls me a dirty slaver, I'm working on the assumption that the stupid people have the same level of instincts as animals, and have no hope whatsoever of rehabilitation.

If we've lost all our intelligence/whatnot, how am I supposed to plan?

Anyhoo, modern humans that lived in caves weren't less intelligent than us (barring perhaps issues with diet in developmental stages), they just hadn't yet developed what we'd call sophistication techniques.

Take one of them and raise them today, and you'd not likely tell any difference...possibly their ethnicity would be something not currently around.

Neanderthals...hard to say. Not unintelligent, but how they compared to modern humans is unclear.

The first thing I'm doing now is building a gigantic castle with enough food & provisions to last everyone at least 6 months. Good luck stealing my slaves through that...
