So a friend of mine used a word today and got me thinking. There are lots of every day words that are not in the dictionary but should be. For example: Funner. I know it is not correct grammer wise but it is still used. What words does everyone think should be added?

Word my friend used was: Jack-assishness

How does that contribute to the English language? That is really the main hurdle you need to get by before something needs to be added to the dictionary.

Gah! I hate the word funner. It's horrible, what's so bad about saying "More Fun"? I once threatned to ***** slap someone if they kept using it in my presence. And yes, I am a little bit of a grammer nazi.

I do like the word "Sarcasmic" i.e. to be massivley sarcastic. I've never used the word, but I like it.

Funner? No. Some words are meant to be used with the word "more." This is but one of those. The only reason people say "funner" is because they're too stupid to actually get it. :p

"Woot," and the alternate meaning of "own." Also, "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious." Just because I want to know what the crap the definition of that word is.

Low and Behold the word Woot was accually the word of the year for Merriam-Websters Dictionary back in 2007.

Yes, but as I heard it, it didn't quite make the cut to actually be added.
