Changing my escapist username

Can anyone tell me how/if I can change my escapist username.
I just can't seem to figure it out.

After that, you can only change stuff like capitalization.

If you've already changed it, you can't again.
As far as I know, that rule still applies. I used to be 'EmileeElectro' on here.

This is almost entirely correct. You can change your name once without moderator approval. After that, it's possible to ask to have it changed for you, it's just rare that anyone asks for a second change. The rule is supposed to keep trolls from constantly changing their name in order to get a reputation reset with the community, but if you have a good reason to change it after using up your free name change, you can explain it to a mod and they can take care of it.
