I realised that my life was slowly changing into routine, which I hated. I didn't feel good about myself, mainly because I was getting overweight. Mostly due to too much soda. So I stopped cold turkey and changed to water. I feel great! I'm getting slimer and feel better in every way! It even made me more confident!
