Changing thumbnail display on Twitter page

I'm back with more Twitter questions. Well, just the one. If you're new here, I'm in a charge of managing my workplace's Twitter account. So far so good. Problem is, you know those thumbnails that show up to the left side of the screen?

Example:

How can I manage those? How can I put the images I want to show there?
I'm sure there's a very simple way around it but I don't wanna go tinkering too much around an account that isn't really mine unless I know exactly what I'm doing...

I'm not sure if this will be a double post as my last attempt 404'd. Those are photos that were uploaded with tweets. You don't necessarily have to tweet anything, but I guess that would be weird. I also believe they're kept in chronological order--I'm not sure if the order can be changed as the images are associated with tweets. Also, I think deleting the photo will alter the original message.

Looks like ElektroNeko already answered. For the record, I have a twitter, but I very rarely log into it (same with Facebook), I use Tumblr and Tumblr imports all my posts to Facebook and Twitter, so I'm using all the social networks without... actually using them. It's a great way for companies in particular (or freelance artists) to be more accessible to customers.

I just thought I'd throw that in there since you're doing it for work and you might be interested in that kind of setup if they start making you manage more than one.

If you have Blogger, you can actually set it up so Blogger forwards your posts to Tumblr, which forwards your posts to Facebook and Twitter.

Thank you all for answering. This leads to two questions.

1) If I tweet new images/videos wouldn't they replace the old thumbnails?
2) If they wouldn't, does that mean I have to delete the old tweets before the profile can show new thumbnails?

They are from the latest, so they would replace the oldest in order.

Turns out it's not that simple. Videos from YouTube and Vimeo show up as thumbnails just fine, but for images to be displayed in the thumbnail gallery apparently they must be embedded from http://twitpic.com/.
