I second the blasphemy remark above.

Moving on.

Most of the female squad members from Mass Effect 2.

- Jack, put on a singlet or tank top.

- Miranda, find some sensible footwear. Twisting an ankle while being shot at is not fun times.

- Samara, same for you. Also, zip up, this isn't a nightclub.
Agree.

+ Morrigan. An outfit that would slip off if you leaned in any direction isn't exactly practical.

+ Kerrigan's Zergified High Heels ('them zerg are always so fashion conscious!)

Bah.

OT - Adam Jensen. There is no reason at all as to why he shouldn't wear his trench coat during missions. And no, they Typhoon is not a valid reason. No. It is not.
I was about to rage, then I actually read the post. Wholeheartedly agree, sleeveless combat vests just aren't as cool and I absolutely adore the floral print.

(I'm also of the Meer > Jen Hale camp. but they both do a good job in ME3)

Most of the female characters in Witcher 2 need to cover up a bit. The developers/designers don't seem to like the idea of a strong woman not being 'sexy'. What's worse is that they're often very well written characters.

Oh, and Gordon Freeman's suit is--- a bit naff. Thank GabeN that it sticks to FP.

Well for starters, every female character in every RPG should be wearing armour that is intended to be functional rather than a chain-mail bikini. Seriously, that's annoying.

Chris should have arms that doesn't look like he's been doing steroids for a long time.

Catwoman in Arkham City should zip up her suit, it's only 4 degrees. My personal explanation for her clothes was that she scored big on a heist, spent a lot of money on implants then realized she overdid it so the suit didn't fit anymore and because she spent too much on the breast enlargement she couldn't afford to modify it.

I think there's room for sexuality (re aesthetics) in games, but the Witcher 2 seems to fetishise almost every single female key NPC.
