Of course you would think that, you're a conservative. The idea that your beliefs are some sort of timeless truth is attractive to your mindset. It's a fundamental challenge that some of the stuff you believe might be empty tradition that serves no purpose, or outdated bobbins that mostly just holds you, your people and your country back.
