No,No you were getting there,the answer is Sonic 3,but you had to do it on a swing to enable Level Select,than the same combo on that weird climbing thingy in mushroom hill zone using the level select to get there,and BAM! Debug code entered/Hyper Sonic is YOURS to abuse to death
