Yes, yes I do. It was awesome. Sadly I can't remember the hosts names, but I thought they were highly, highly underrated, they totally should have picked up a Logie or two. I watched for Pokemon and Digimon, Dragon Ball Z kinda lost me. In some ways I wish it was still on, it helped me get to school on time so often.

Ah The good old days, although I did get fairly annoyed when I had to leave half way through Dragon Ball Z to get to school, and had to guess what happen in the second half...
Now-a-days its 'Toasted TV' or some business, but it will never be the same...
I remember the guy that used to come on and draw funny looking people
And I will carry that little Cheeze TV tune till the day I die

Yes, I remember those zany role-plays with "A love story set in a caravan park" and whatnot.

Loved it.

But then they replaced it with "Toasted TV," which brings it down to the level of Saturday Disney.

Ugh.

EDIT: When I began to need to leave early for school, I decided to tape it. So I can honestly say, Cheez TV taught me how to program a VHS.

*sings* Cheeze Tv...

God that show was good. Some of the stuff they said back then was highly adult fr such a childhood audience on hindsight.

But I got the goods from them, all the morning cartoons: DBZ, X-Men, Captain Planet, SpongeBob.
Why did you die!?!

yeah the wikipedia entry says jade made a character in skit called "Dick Wadd". and on top of that Ryan continually slipt anti-rove talk into his segments so thats probably one reason it was cancelled. Ahh good times.

Nickelodeon.

I know. We traded good tv for something best described as painful/evil.

Cheez TV, ahh the good old days on weekends before I trudged off to cricket or before school. I think the change had to happen because the hosts were in a catch-22. They were too synonymous with the program to be changed, but they were too old to continue hosing a kids TV show.

Toasted sucks many a ball and should be burnt. I base this on absolutely nothing as I have never seen a show.

Cheeze TV, woohooo! Doodeedoodeedoodeleedoodelydoo.
Mark the Sound Man... *sniff*
My only problems with that show were that:
a)They kept showing the SAME goddamn episodes of Dragonball Z.
b)They took off the coolest shows sometimes and replaced them with absolute garbage (why would you replace TMNT with Cardcaptors? WHY?! Or some similar change.)

Toasted TV is terrible. Bloody terrible. Sometimes unfounded opinions are also, coincidentally, bang on the money.

my GOD does anyone remember "Croaching Tiger Squatting Peacock"? that was pure gold.
Crouching Tiger Squatting Peacock is my favorite skit from them ever. Also, Jade and Ryan both felt they were getting too old for the show. They were canceled, but they wouldn't have kept the show going much longer anyway.

Toast, Burnt, I see what you did there.

I used to love Cheez TV. I started getting up at half past six to make sure I didn't miss it. I agree with Saskwach though. They always replaced the good shows with crappy stuff.

I think I cried a little when they took Spongebob off.

Dude cheez TV had SHAWN MICHEALS in his only australian television appearance. He had Ryan Lappin in a headlock for most of the show!
