I'm trying to find the observed value and true value of this data so I can get the percent error, but I don't know which ones are the observed value and true value. Here's whats on the two columned chart. ( *1+2 = for both columns )
I have the
Mass,g
Molar Mass 1+2
Moles
Temp. initial
Temp. final
Change in Temp.
q-surroundings
q-dissolution
Change in H
Avg. change in H 1+2

I'm stuck and this is the last part of my experiment, any help would be appreciated and if more information is needed just tell me.

Well the observed value is just what you measured and the true value is the accepted value.

So for example if you have some material and measure it's melting point at 76.35°C that's the observed value and then you look up the true value in a book or online or whatever and compare that with what you measured.
