Did anyone else think that goal was reeeeeally anti-climactic? No breakaways or one-timers or tic-tac-toe passing... just a well placed shot that no one but Kane noticed was a goal. Yecch. Still, congrats to the Hawks for breaking their massive Cup-less streak and good for Philly for what they accomplished as well, especially what they pulled off against Boston.

Well, the 2010 season is in the books. I completely missed it, not watching a single game start-to-finish all season (Olympic games not included). Pissed me off. Hopefully next year will be different.

Chicago will never be Detroit. Nobody will ever be Detroit.
As someone who was born in Motown and now lives in the Windy City, I love both teams (unless they play each other than its Detroit all the way.)
You should at least find solace in the fact that the cup went to an original six team.

I tried to make it down there from Wrigley, but my car was covered in revelers, and the PD had us sealed in. It was nice to see Wrigleyville celebrate a championship though(that'll never happen again).
