childhood obsessions?

there was always that thing that we all loved as kids. it may be a movie, show, song, or fictional character. i fondly remember absolutely loving batman. i saw all of the movies and shows, had many action figures, and even dressed up as him for halloween for 7 years in a row!! for some odd reason though, i never pursued the comics, probably because there was no place to get them close to me. so what was your childhood obsession?

I had quite a few as a child. Much like I am today my interests and obseesions change quite regularly. I think the one that lasted the longest though was Power Rangers. We had the toys, the weapons, the movie, watched the show religiously every day.
That's the main one I remember.
