"I can understand that you find it somewhat difficult, being emotionally...different. I'm sorry if I was short or aggressive towards you. I have priorities, so if I perceive something that would put us in danger, I tend not to care about how I stop it, or why it happened. So, apologies."
Andrew wasn't sure about what he thought about being called emotionally different. Especially since the latter was said with a hesitation normally used when one was thinking about something to say that wasn't too insulting.
I'm not emotionally different.
He thought to himself, though, he doubted Prometheus meant anything negative with it, given the titan's tone and words. Even so, Andrew couldn't help but feel that it was a bit saddening.
"I'm sorry too, then, for being emotionally different," he responded. It was an honest apology, and his tone and expression was sure to reflect on that. Despite that, he wasn't entirely pleased. "I'll try to be something else."
Even though my actions didn't ever harm us.
Andrew was rather sure of that he had been more of a help than a hinder, yet, when considering it, the titan's reply sounded more like a pity apology than anything else.
I tried, at least.
"Regarding the...mist goddess...I think it's best if we tell the others. Secrets will just weaken us, I think. I can't think of who it might be off the top of my head - the Americans have always been distant to me. But if she can cripple me, she knows where I am. If she's in your shower, then she can clearly move quickly, perhaps over great distance."
Andrew nodded, he had a couple of thoughts about that himself, but he decided to leave it be. He had told Prometheus, that was all he felt like doing now.
However, he shook his head, there was another thing he had to ask.
"Prometheus... can I trust you? Could we be friends? I..." he trailed off as the suspicious man passed, and spoke, perhaps making it hard for the titan to hear him, or perhaps the other simply ignored him.
"Old friend. Anyway, let's get goi-"
A girl in a hood passed, and not too long after Andrew found himself grabbed and dragged towards the group.
I should have said something about that as well.
How many times had that happened?
A little too many for my liking.
Over there, Prometheus spoke to the whole group, Andrew walking over to Nicole and making an expression that said something like "well, I tried", assuming she would remember what he had said the night before about talking to the titan.
"Dark hooded girl on the train - do you see her? She's a half-God, Egyptian, mother allied with Dio, on the run. It'd be worth our time to talk to her - she might have information regarding Dionysus' allies, including Loki, as well as being worth something dead or alive...if we so choose. Through that door is a Market of sorts. We're in no rush, so if anyone wants to have a chat with her, you have 5 minutes before that train leaves."
It would certainly be decent information if we got anything, but...
"I'd say it's a good idea, but I'm not the right person to talk to anyone, apparently," Andrew muttered, and leaned over to Nicole, speaking to her only.
"I'm not emotionally different, right? I'm a lot... but not that... right?" If Prometheus meant that the whole group should know about the mist goddess, the titan should say it. And if someone wanted to talk to the other demigod, then they should. Certainly not him. Andrew had confessed enough stuff for a whole month, and he wasn't too eager to try his luck with anyone else.
