It might just be a bit more than that.
Seeing that you have a Corpse Explosion(I think) which might tick off the Chinese Government.

Then there are most likely monsters that completely blow up and I'm betting there will be lots of blood too.

It's probably way to much to change for them to release it there. Maybe the story have something to do with it too.

But china needs to change. If games where as dangerous as they'd think, western countries would be in ruins.

Diablo 3 is very violent. It seems impossible to tone down the violence to where it would be acceptable.

Hell, they'd probably end up having to create an entirely different game.
