Not quite. It's one thing to use a concept or idea from another game for your own. It's another to steal sound effects, designs, concepts, maps and whatever else from another game. That's downright plagiarism. And y'know, kind of something that can get you sued.

The Facebunch TF2 board is really covering this, they literally ripped the models from the rocket launcher, sticky launcher, flamethrower and tons of other weapons, as in they are EXACTLY THE SAME. All of that really pales in comparison to directly ripping the lines from the announcer though, I mean come on!

But yeah, if China is immune to copyright, that really annoys me. Bloody communism!(Though China is less communist and rally more like a massive corporation.)

What we all have to remember here is that China doesn't give a damn either way, they say they crack down on IP infringement but they don't because if its being made in thier country they're not losing money due to imports.

The government is more concerned about censorship. I really rather they put their efforts into important things, but they act like a gang, intimidating people who dares to speak up against them, and not remedying real problems, of which there are many. I should stop here, as this is off-topic.

well it is a copy of the game that I wouldn't mind but the rocket launcher model is identical in every way to the one in tf2 there is no difference between the 2 launchers at all
