Me personally inspite of its lack of optimization(I can play witcher 2 on high and I got this one on low? lol gonna drop the res and see what that does) Its still hella fun to play and has its own personality. Ill actually imagine a history and a reason behind every fight and of my character too. Id like more customization for my character.(is there any to be found?)

Other than that I think its probably better than war of the roses.

But Chivalry: Medieval Warfare apparently is.

By the way, I didn't get an answer in the last thread about this game (nor were there many responses at all) but is the name mocking CoD? I'm fairly sure it is.

I don't have anything else to add here, I'm afraid.

I've logged 6 hours on it and been having a blast.

The team objective mode is particularly fun. One map has one team pushing a cart filled with plague ridden corpses up a hill towards a castle whilst the other team attempts to stop them. That's so dark! I managed to get a couple of pretty long distance throwing axe kills in that particular match.

The game is very good creating exciting and memorable occurences. The kind of thing that doesn't happen in most games.

Told ya. M&B is great, but its multiplayer melee was always a bit hectic.

If the new Chivalry is even remotely near the level of the original mod, I'd be prepared to say it will be my favourite game of the year. Sadly I haven't had the opportunity to play it yet, but I'm really looking forward to it. I played the shit out of the source mod.
