Anybody here ever play a video game where you either run into or play as someone who looks WAY too much like you? Happened to me on Fallout 3. I killed a Wastelander that came up behind me with a minigun and when I looted his Pscho-Tic Helmet, I crapped myself. Post any stories of video game look-alikes you have.

Actually >.< that's quite common in RPG's like that, so I dyed my char's hair purple just so they don't look the same :D, it was strange when a male raider in the Pitt looked exactly like my female char minus the chest of course, not thats a weird sight o_O

It pisses me off when video game characters act too much like me. "Welcome to Corneria."

WTF? That's what I'm always saying.

Not really. It might help that barely anyone looks like me.

Orrr anyone you'd expect to see holding a weapon anyway.

If you don't like the look of some people in games, do what I do.
Blow them into small Gib bits!

To quote an epic film (High five to whoever quotes the film to me):

"They ain't much after you scrape 'em off your boot"

Okay, this is something I think is totally wrong: THERE ARE NO NORMAL IN GAMES!

In most video games, all the female characters are either A) Busty McBoob, with their long flowing hair and pants at least 3 sizes too small or B) Kiddy Cute-stien, with the figure of a block of wood, and their hair tied into pigtails so you can see the innocent gleam in their eyes.

There are no normal girls in video games! So, NO, there are no people who looking like me in video games because I am AVERAGE, so forgive me for being so mediocre =.=

But there totally are 'normal' girls in videogames... though from my deadbrain memory (just woke up) all I can think of is Alyx from HL2... She's normal, methinks...

I've never seen a character that looks like me because it seems like all female characters have huge breasts, odd hair colors, and wear skimpy clothing ...It could mean I'm just ugly though...

Edit: Dang somebody already beat me to this fact!

Very rarely. Mass Effect has been the only game I've played where you're able to get someone to look like me, 'cos most games don't have a huge-ass-ears option.

Oh, I almost forgot, I also (at least at the time of playing it) looked like Vaan from FFXII, except my hair panders to physics and is dark brown.

Valve is pretty damn good at making believable female characters. They tend to kind of break the curve of the busty or cutesy girls.

Although in making another post here I did end up calculating Alyx Vance's Waist-Hip-Ratio, and yep, it was exactly 0.7. The calculation came to within about five thousandths of 0.7 consistently, no matter what the image. That seems a bit too precise to be an accident.

That sounds like it could be a city name in the FF universe...
